Carol is one of those gentle souls that quietly comes over and asks “Can I help you Ground? Why don’t you just come in for a minute and let me play the bowls to help balance you?” She is upstairs in room 202 and you immediately feel calm in her wizened fairy energy.

Many sound healers use the everyday bowls we have all become accustom to.. Not carol…she has Alchemy Crystal sound bowls. Each one is it’s own crystal, it’s own note, and it’s own harmony or resonance that up levels and uplifts you in ways other sound bowls do not.

Carol is pretty much here every day, all day for sessions whether it is a full hour long sound frequency healing session which includes sound as well as reiki and light language or a simple 10 minute tune up.
